Renlon were invited by HUT Architecture to provide a waterproofing design strategy to compliment the proposed adaptation of an existing external courtyard into dry useable accommodation, in this instance a large kitchen extension.
The project included the installation of a Type ‘C’ drained protection cavity membrane system to wall and floor locations in accordance with BS8102: 2009 requirements, incorporating perimeter drainage channels, sump and pump station.
